Had a blind put up in my stairwell window. Meticulous Blinds (MB) got back to me quickly after my first contact and set up an in home visit. The owner/designer was very friendly and professional. We did have a bit of a couple of hiccups as the window is oddly shaped and the initial measurements were taken incorrectly, and the stick to raise and lower the blind didnāt show up, but MB was apologetic and got the problem remedied very quickly and kept me updated the entire time. Once everything was installed and ready to go Iāve been very pleased with the blind and the way everything was handled.
